Retired Master Officer
Paul Pearson
Paul Pearson, retired Master Police Officer with the Fort Pierce Police Department had a vision in 1995 to get kids off the street and founded the Fort Pierce Boxing Club which later became The Fort Pierce Police Athletic League. The PAL program had very many different residents until 2022 when the PAL Board was able to purchase the facility at 2203 Orange Avenue Fort Pierce. Paul has also served as the President for USA Boxing in the State of Florida.
Coach Kenneth "Ken" Wilson

Kenneth Wilson, known as "Ken" to friends and athletes alike, discovered his passion for boxing at the age of 15. This early interest set him on a remarkable journey that continued throughout his United States Air Force military service, where he competed in numerous boxing championships. In addition to his accomplishments in boxing. Ken is a retired Connecticut State Trooper. Driven by gratitude for the high-caliber training and opportunities he received. Ken is committed to giving back to the sport and his community. As the St. Lucie PAL, Boxing Coach, his mission is to provide young athletes with the same quality of instruction and support that helped him achieve his successes.

Tom Caruso
Born 1933 in Brooklyn New York. After high school graduation, Tom entered the apprentice program where he became a master electrician. Tom has been coaching kids for 38 years and has loved every minute spent with them.
